Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 25, 2026

SwiftPhotoAI ("we", "our", "us") operates the SwiftPhotoAI mobile application (iOS) and web application at swiftphotoai.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Photos You Upload

When you use our AI features (style transfer, face swap, image restoration, inpainting), you upload photos to our servers for processing. Photos are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently — they are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing.

1.2 Face Data

Our face swap feature processes facial geometry from uploaded photos solely to perform the requested swap. We do not create face templates, biometric identifiers, or facial recognition databases. Face data is processed transiently and discarded immediately after generating the output image.

1.3 Account Information

If you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password via Firebase Authentication. This is used for login, subscription syncing, and account recovery.

1.4 Device Identifier

We generate a random anonymous device ID (UUID) stored locally on your device. This is used to track your AI generation history and style preferences — it is not linked to your real identity unless you sign in.

1.5 Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage statistics including which AI styles are used, generation counts, and app feature usage. This helps us improve the product and prioritize new features.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

5. Subscriptions & Payments

iOS: Subscriptions are managed by Apple via the App Store. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Web: Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Manage from within the app or contact us.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

SwiftPhotoAI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information).

8. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

EEA residents have the right to access, correct, delete, or port personal data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent.
