By using SwiftPhotoAI (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

SwiftPhotoAI provides AI-powered photo editing tools including style transfer, face swap, image restoration, and inpainting. Available as an iOS app and web application.

2. User Accounts

You may create an account using email and password. You are responsible for your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create non-consensual deepfakes or harassment material
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Impersonate others using generated content

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of photos you upload. AI-generated output images are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Subscriptions

iOS: Auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before period end. Manage in Apple ID settings.

Web: Processed via Stripe. Cancel anytime from within the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Total liability limited to amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend access for violations. You can delete your account by contacting us.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
